Salonica’s koulouria!!!

These are very easy to make. I made them recently and i couldn’t believe how quickly I made them. The ingredients for 10-12 koulouria are:

1. 450gr. yellow flour
2. 10gr. Yeast
3. 1/2 tsp salt
4. 1/2 tsp sugar
5. 325ml water
6. 3 tbsp oil
7. 300 gr. Sesame

Mix them all together (except the sesame) until you have a soft dough. Let it rest for half an hour and then cut it to pieces. Take each piece of dough and form it into circural shape (like an O, we call them koulouria). Then take the koulouri and put it in a bowl of water then in the bowl with the sesame.
Bake them in a preheated oven (180o C) for 20-25 minutes and they are ready.
If you want before you roll them into O’s you can fill them with nutella or feta cheese and olives or cheese and bacon or whatever else you like!!!!
They are perfect for breakfast or for the kids to eat them at school….

Diy board game for children
What will you need?
-A piece of paper or carton
-A ruler
-some crayons
-stickers if you want
-animal figures or something else to use as ponnes
-patience…if you want to play with a toddler

Firstly, with the help of the ruler draw as many squares as you want (depending on the age of the younger player).
Then you mark the squares with number and draw stairs to some of them that will lead you higher and snakes that will take you lower.
Put stickers or different colors to each square so as the children will find it more amusing.
And then you are ready to play…oh dont forget a dice. If you dont have one just make one as we did..

Kisses
